Zene's website now lives at myzene.com. It's the same Zene, with the same account, the same library and the same apps. Only the website address and support email addresses have changed.
If you have been using Zene for your music, podcasts, radio and entertainment updates, you don't need to start over or create a new account. Just visit the new website and sign in as usual.
Here's what you need to know:
- New website: myzene.com
- Support: knocknock@myzene.com
- Copyright, press and partnerships: work@myzene.com
- Your account and library: Unchanged
- Your apps: No need to reinstall them just because the website address changed
Why did Zene move to myzene.com?
We've moved Zene's website from zenemusic.co to myzene.com. The new address gives Zene a fresh home on the web while keeping the experience you're already familiar with.
The important thing is that this is a website-address change, not a new service. You can continue using Zene with your existing account and the same library you've built over time.
What stays the same?
You don't need to set everything up again. Your Zene experience remains connected to your existing account.
- Your account: Sign in using your existing sign-in method.
- Your library: Your playlists, Liked songs, listening history and followed artists remain associated with your account.
- Your Premium membership: The website move does not require you to purchase Premium again.
- Your Family membership: Your existing Family setup isn't changed simply by the domain move.
- Your apps: Continue using Zene on your supported devices.
Where to find Zene now

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create a new Zene account?
No. Continue using your existing account and sign-in method.
Will I lose my playlists or listening history?
The domain change itself does not delete your library or listening history. These remain associated with your Zene account.
Do I need to reinstall the Zene app?
No. You can keep using your existing Zene app. The website address change alone does not require a reinstall.
Has my Premium or Family membership changed?
No. Moving the website to a new domain does not, by itself, change your membership. Manage your subscription through the store where you purchased it.
What are the new support email addresses?
For help with Zene, email knocknock@myzene.com. For copyright, press or partnerships, contact work@myzene.com.
